Do you have menus to choose from?
No. Every Romance Dinner menu is based on your tastes. We make personal menus for every client. With that being said, we have experience cooking for vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, keto, paleo, whole 30, weight watchers, medical strict diets, and more.
How far in advance must I book my Romance Dinner?
Usually two to four weeks. Contact us to see if we are available to pamper you.
When is the deposit due?
Two weeks (14 days) before your Romance Dinner is scheduled.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
Yes, if you cancel 7 days or less before your scheduled Romance Dinner, your deposit will not be refunded.
What size dinner parties do you do?
We do parties for 2 to 20 guests. Parties with 4 to 10 guests require a server. Parties over 12 guests require 2 servers.
What services do you provide for dinner parties?
How much does it cost?
For parties of 4 guests or less, I charge $55 per hour plus the cost of groceries. Parties over 4 guests, I charge $45 per hour plus the cost of groceries. Contact us to see if we are available for your party.
How much does a server cost?
Servers change $20 per hour and are only paid for the time they are at the party.
Are you insured?
Yes, being a member of the United States Personal Chef Association, I must carry liability insurance.
What areas do you service?
We serve Oakland County and surrounding counties. Clients over 30 miles (one way) will be charged a travel fee.
How does this service work?
Once you have agreed to the quote for service, we set up an in-home consultation. We will discuss your food preferences including any health concerns. All meals I prepare are for your unique tastes. We plan your customized menu and set your first cook date. Contact us to see if we are available to cook for you.
How are the meals packaged?
We package and label all meals and place them in the refrigerator or freezer. We leave a menu listing and oven reheating instructions. The containers can also be used in the microwave.
How often is Dinner Services offered?
We offer Fresh Weekly or Bi-Weekly services. However, less frequent options are available based on your needs.
What is included in my service?
How much does it cost?
Every client has different needs, so the cost is based on the number of meals, frequency needed, shopping, packaging, and travel.
Can you make extra items?
We can make salads, salad dressings, additional entrée’s, side dishes, snacks, and desserts for an additional fee.
Can you prepare foods for special diets such as gluten-free, Keto, Paleo, Whole 30, vegan, and vegetarian?
Yes! We will work with your dietary considerations and your personal taste preferences to design menus unique to your family. Special diets may require an additional charge.
Can I reschedule a personal chef service?
If for some reason you must cancel a scheduled personal chef service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. If 48 hours notice is not given, a fee of $100 may be charged.

Can I get a gift certificate for Gourmet Cooking Lessons?
Sorry, this option is not available.
